Good Vibrations Yoga grew from the work of our previous studio Yogatiques.  Located close by in Hopkins, Good Vibrations provides classes 7 days a week and offers weekly workshops focusing on health, wellness and deepening your practice. With a strong emphasis on making yoga accessible to all we offer several levels of Ashtanga from shortform, beginners, All levels and the full primary series on a weekly basis.  We also offer a weekly yoga and meditation class.

As a Yoga Alliance CE provider we offer workshops to help instructors deepen their teaching practice and continue to hone their teaching skills.

As a community centered studio we offer donation based classes on a regular basis to support organizations in our local community.  Giving back to those that support you is an important plank for our studio and that includes our teaching staff as well.

Who we are: Andrew Seifert began practicing in his high school years and came back to a regular practice in 2002.  He began teaching in 2012 and holds classes at the studio, several corporate locations and a few horse stables as well. Andrew now balances time between his role as consultant for an large software company, his mat at the studio and time with his daughter and horses.

Karen Kinnard joined the team in 2016 and brought 30 years of practice, and 15 years of teaching and years of studio operations experience to the studio. Karen is a continuing education provider and currently on staff for a 200 hr teacher training program.  She is a full time yoga teacher and long time meditator offering a quiet presence for her students to practice connecting deeply with Self.
