With 13 core teachers, four part-time staff, a volunteer board of directors and dozens of volunteers, One Yoga fulfills its mission of making yoga accessible to all by offering a full schedule of yoga classes and creating Outreach Program partnerships with local nonprofits and social services organizations.

In the Studio - One Yoga offers more than 60 yoga classes each week for all levels and abilities.

Our teachers provide comprehensive and expert instruction in a wide range of yoga practices including: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Mysore, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, Restorative and Qigong

In the Community - One Yoga achieves its mission in the wider community through our Outreach Program where we bring the teachings and practices of yoga to the clients and/or staff of nonprofit and social service partner organizations.

We make available the same quality practices we offer in the studio to a variety of populations by matching organizations interested in our services with highly skilled yoga instructors who provide on-site yoga instruction and mindfulness practices.

Through the Outreach Program, we serve roughly 200 individuals annually. Participating populations include people experiencing homelessness, people who are incarcerated, pregnant and parenting teenagers, people with mental and physical limitations, immigrant populations, refugees and asylum seekers, and victims of torture and abuse.
