My passion for yoga stems from my desire to bring wellness and therapeutic tools to people of all ability levels. This sparked my passion for the healing arts and holistic medicine. .

In 2013 I fell in love with Unnata® Aerial Yoga for it's playfulness and accessibility and was certified the same year. Unnata® is a blend of all of the things I strive for in my practice and in life: fun, dynamic, mindful, and inspiring.
